Pcm..wiring diagram..Evap purge solenoid and the egr soleniod…20 pin on the pcm is to be a power when i try to start but when i dont try to start it. it turns into a ground. i looked at a wiring diagram and the 20 pin goes to the Evap canister leak detection pump, Evap purge solenoid and the egr soleniod but the diagram shows wires going back to the pcm.
